🇿🇦 South African counsellors · online · your timezone
Around 250,000 South Africans live in the UK. Homesickness, the grey winters, the cost of living and a career restart hit hard, often years after the move. Talk to a registered South African counsellor by video, at a time that suits GMT/BST, and pay with your GBP card.
From £42 per session at current rates · 50-minute sessions · VAT included

Therapy works faster when you do not have to translate your life. Our counsellors know the country you left, the family you still worry about and the guilt and relief that travel with you. They also know that "just come home" is not an answer.
We work with homesickness and identity, marriage strain after a move, children settling in, ageing parents far away, burnout in a new job market, and grief you could not fly home for.
